Our data managers are all experienced iSAMS users with at least 5 years experience. As we operate as a team, there is always someone on hand to deal with any requests.
Our one and three year contracts are envisioned as a complete MIS Manager replacement. So they include, as standard,

- Day to day administration changes, such as reallocation of pupils to sets
- Staff and student onboarding through HR Manager/Student Manager
- Year-end rollover, including timetable import and set allocations
- Unlimited data exports

Our interim support packages offer everything our annual contract services offer, depending on the time-frame required.
We can advise you on iSAMS modules, as well as relevant 3rd party integrators.
We can also audit your iSAMS use, and advise on improvements.
Each school is different, so our pricing is bespoke to reflect this. It depends on the size of the school, the number of iSAMS instances in use, how many third-party products require support, and how many day-to-day changes there are likely to be.
Compared to the costs of hiring a part-time or full-time data manager, our prices are very reasonable.
